The "Cacahuete" nursery and kindergarten welcomes children aged between 6 months and 3 years, and the "Pirouette" ski-club and nursery is ideal for both younger children and teenagers, as it welcomes all ages from 3 to 18 years.
The ESF French Ski School is perfect for giving children their first introduction to skiing, offering lessons to children aged 4 years and over as well as a snow kindergarten for 4 to 6 year olds.
OTHER ACTIVITIES
As part of the La Plagne Domaine, Les Coches offers skeirs access to 220km of downhill slopes, and the immediate Les Coches/Montchavin ski area offers 35km of slopes for those visitors who prefer to stick to a gentler pace or simply avoid the crowds during their Alpine getaway.
For adventurous skiers, the wider Paradiski domaine offers 425km of downhill ski slopes which links La Plagne and Les Arcs.

For cross-country skiers and off-piste adventurers, Les Coches offers 16km of cross-country trails, all with free access.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION
Les Coches is within easy reach by coach or taxi from Landry and Bourg-Saint-Maurice train stations (6km and 9km respectivly) as well as Chambery (115km), Geneva (150km) and Lyon/St Exupery (190km) airports. The resort is well-equipped and offers all necessary amenities, such as shops and a mini-market, bank (located in Montchavin) and cash machines, a doctors and pharmacy (located in Montchavin).

The Paradiski domain (1250m-3416m) was created by linking the ski areas of Les Arcs and La Plagne. The French Alps now benefit from an extensive skiing area making it one of the largest ski domains in the world. Access to 425km of runs allowing skiers of all levels to reach new heights. This has also opened up the access to the back-door resorts of Montchavin/Les Coches and Peisey-Vallandry with quick links via the Vanoise Express double-decker cable car.
Paradiski domain 22 green, 212 blue, 90 red, 49 black and 5 snowparks. Two 2 skiable glaciers (La Chaupe in La Plagne Bellecôte and Le Varet in Les Arcs) as well as some of the highest peaks (Bellecôte - 3416m and Aiguille Rouge - 3226m).
