The DES 2 ALPES 1800 ski apartments in Les Deux Alpes are located at the entrance of the resort, 100m from the ski lifts, offering ski in/ski out, and 50m from the ESF ski school and 1.5km from the snow kindergarten. A free shuttle bus service operate throughout the resort during the day.
The residence is made up of several chalet-style buildings (no lift) forming a independent pedestrianised "village" with its own entertainment and shops.

CHILDREN
The "Petit Bonhomme de neige" nursery caters for younger children and offers childcare to ages 6 to 23 months. For slightly older children, the "Le Bonhomme de Neige" nursery offers childcare for ages 2 to 6 years and the ESF French Ski School offers an introduction to skiing to children aged between 3 and 6 years. Les Duex Alpes also offers a "Kid's Park" for 6 to 10 year olds and an "Espace Quads" for children aged 4 years and over (payable access).
OTHER ACTIVITIES
Les Deux Alpes offers an impressive 225km of downhill ski slopes, as well as a snowpark for more adventurous snowboarders.
Cross country skiing : length of cross country track 25 Km
For cross-country adventurers and off-piste daredevils, Les Deux Alpes offers 25km of wooded trails between the resort and the Veneon valley (free access).
